Adjustment of the five-cut guide before installation, the centering of the front and rear guide wheels should be the same. The five-cut guide does not make corresponding adjustments to the center. The opening of the guide should be adjusted. The guide should be adjusted with appearance steel. The five-cut guide should be properly tightened, including the inspection and confirmation of the double-sided clamping screws.
Before installation, the neutrality of the rolling center line should be checked and no corresponding adjustments should be made. The inspection of the five-cut guide includes the cutting wheel, the cutting guide nozzle and the material dividing box. If there is axial movement or the cutting wedge of the cutting wheel is not on a horizontal line, it should be adjusted accordingly. The guide nozzle, the partition box and the hole type should be kept on the same line to ensure good lubrication and water cooling. The inspection of non-stick steel in the partition box during rolling and the price of the five-slit guide should be handled, otherwise steel piles are likely to occur.
