Chief Engineer Sha graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology with a major in Metal Pressure Processing (Rolling). He is a member of the Youth Work Committee of the China Metal Society/Rolling Society and a senior engineer. He has been engaged in the technical research and production of steel, wire, bar cutting, galvanized sheet and stainless steel cold rolling in large-scale backbone steel enterprises for more than 20 years. The unique bar multi-wire cutting and rolling process he developed won the Jiangsu Science and Technology Progress Award. His related technical papers have been published in national rolling magazines or exchanged at the China Rolling Conference many times. The unique three-cut, four-cut and five-cut rolling processes he developed have been successfully applied to many production lines at home and abroad, and are well-known at home and abroad for their stable and high yields.
